GRACIOUS BEGINNINGS

Today would be my Mom's 90th Birthday.  I find myself thinking of her and remembering the wonderful lessons she taught me.  A word that people often used to describe her was gracious, and I feel that's appropriate.  She helped foster my love for entertaining, while teaching me lessons of inclusivity.  She taught me there is always room to pull up another chair at the table.  

I'm missing her wonderful spirit today.
